Stephen Tilly, Architect (STA) fosters a collaborative work environment that provides opportunities for advancement for our staff.   The studio seeks to build a corps of designers whose commitment to sustainable design integrates urban planning, environmental design, landscape innovation, historic preservation, adaptive reuse and fresh architectural form-making.   Designers will gain hands-on experience through their involvement with a wide range of projects.
