Historic Preservation and Restoration of the 100 Year old Hand-built Maverick Concert Hall
Award for Excellence in Historic Preservation
Awarded by: Preservation League of New York State Date: 2016 Location: Woodstock, New York Project: STA worked with the Board of Maverick Concerts to restore their National Register-listed rustic hall and woodland grounds in time for their 100th birthday. Maverick is the oldest continuous summer chamber-music series in America. Despite significant interventions, the Board and design team added amenities but still preserved the essential aesthetic and acoustical experience of this unique music chapel.

Awarded by: American Institute of Architects, Westchester/Mid-Hudson Chapter Date: 2010 Location: Ramapo College, Mahwah, New Jersey Project: This 21st century "net- zero" one room schoolhouse is a teaching instrument, a demonstration of green techniques, and a symbol of the college's commitment to a sustainable future.

Awarded by: The Greater Hudson Heritage Network Date: 2014 Location: Warburton Lofts, 44-54 Warburton Ave., Yonkers, New York Project: Restoration and adaptation of 19th and early 20th century buildings to 10 work-live energy efficient apartments and 6 storefronts.

Preservation and Restoration of the Tiffany Reading Room
Award for Excellence
Awarded by: The Greater Hudson Heritage Network Date: 2014 Location: Village Hall, Irvington, New York Project: This restoration of Louis Comfort Tiffany’s 1902 reading room brings his luminous ensemble of tile, wood-graining, turtleback lamps and original furniture back in service for tranquil reading and intimate community gatherings.
